Jared began his real estate career in 2014, working under Grady Liu. Since then, he has played an integral role in the acquisition and management of Grady’s 3,000-unit multifamily portfolio across Southern California. With over eight years of experience spanning retail, industrial, and multifamily assets, Jared specializes in the acquisition, repositioning, and management of value-add multifamily properties.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from California State University, Long Beach.
