Grady is the Principal and Founder of MIG Management Inc., bringing over 30 years of experience in real estate with a focus on value-add multifamily investments. He began his career in industrial development, spending seven years delivering tilt-up projects throughout the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire. Following the Global Financial Crisis, Grady transitioned into the value-add multifamily sector, where he has since assembled a portfolio exceeding 3,000 units across Southern California.
Grady is a licensed real estate broker, Certified Property Manager (CPM), and Class B General Contractor. He earned his MBA from Golden Gate University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from California State University, Fullerton.
